ARKANA Forum

The ARKANA Forum is a venue for a wide variety of events throughout the year. Sales meetings, company presentations, courses for further education and training, seminars or anniversaries and celebrations are just a few examples. There is almost nothing that we have not already organised. No matter what idea you have in mind, we will be happy to advise you on the feasibility of your event and then support you in implementing it.

Our 200 square metres of space provide you with ideal conditions for your event. The modern and tastefully furnished rooms inspire and leave nothing to be desired. Here you can meet, work and learn with 2 to 150 people. From the design of the room to the event technology and catering, we cater to your individual wishes.

Air-conditioned and flexibly divisible conference rooms:

• IdeenRaum: 50m², up to 30 seats in row seating, 14 SP in U-shape, 16 SP in parliamentary seating, 15 SP as a chair circle, 18 SP in block seating. 
• VisionsRaum: 72m², up to 50 seats in row seating, 18 seats in U-shape, 24 seats in parliamentary seating, 20 seats as a circle of chairs, 24 seats in block seating
• ZeitRaum: 115/177/190 m², up to 100 seats in row seating, 28 seats in U-shape, 48 seats in parliamentary seating, 28 seats in block seating

• Drinks and conference packages in various amounts

Art & Pleasure: we host changing art exhibitions in the Ombrella restaurant and in the corridors and rooms of the conference centre. A visit to an exhibition can be wonderfully combined with lunch in the Ombrella restaurant.
